Dear data subject, we would like to inform you that the “European Regulation 2016/679 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data” (henceforth “GDPR”) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data. Therefore, PBS Soles S.r.l., as the “Controller” of the processing, pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, provides you with the following information:

  • CATEGORIES OF DATA: PBS Soles S.r.l. will process personal and/or sensitive and health-related data that will be entered in the form.
  • SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: The personal data of which PBS Soles S.r.l. will be in possession are collected directly from the person concerned when filling in this form.

  • PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: The processing of your data, collected and archived in connection with the completion of this form, has as its legal basis your consent and is carried out for the following purposes: to respond to requests for information sent through the form, to provide assistance and support services, to send educational, informative and commercial communications, and to manage commercial profiling activities.
  • RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA: To the extent relevant to the processing purposes indicated, your data may be communicated to partners, consulting companies, private companies, appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller. Your data will not be disseminated in any way. The Data Processors and Data Trustees in office are punctually identified in the Privacy Document, updated periodically.
  • TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD: The data collected will not be transferred abroad.
  • PERIOD OF STORAGE: The data collected will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed (“principle of limitation of storage,” Art.5, GDPR) or according to the deadlines stipulated by legal regulations. Verification of the obsolescence of retained data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.
  • RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: The data subject shall always have the right to request from the Data Controller access to his/her data, rectification or erasure of data, restriction of processing or the possibility to object to processing, to request data portability, to withdraw consent to processing by asserting these and other rights under the GDPR by simple communication to the Data Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  • OBLIGATORY OR NOT TO PROVIDE DATA: We inform you that the provision of data is for some fields optional and for others (indicated by an asterisk) mandatory, and failure to provide the mandatory data will result in NOT sending the form.
  • OBLIGATION OF CONSENT: The provision of consent to data processing through the appropriate tick is optional, but essential to proceed with the submission of the form.
  • METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING: The personal data you provide, will form the subject of processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the obligations of confidentiality that inspires the activity of the Owner. The data will be processed both with computer tools and on paper media as well as on any other type of suitable media, in compliance with adequate technical and organizational security measures provided by the GDPR.

Google Analytics with anonymized IP (Google Inc.)
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Application, compiling reports, and sharing them with other services developed by Google.
Google may use the Personal Data to contextualize and personalize ads in its advertising network.
This Google Analytics integration anonymizes your IP address. Anonymization works by abbreviating within the borders of the Member States of the European Union or other countries that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area the IP address of Users. Only in exceptional cases, the IP address will be sent to Google’s servers and shortened within the United States.
